Financial Adviser Shortlisted EXANTE for Two Diversity in Finance Awards

The panel of experts at Financial Adviser shortlisted EXANTE for the Diversity in Finance Awards. We are proud to contend in two categories: ‘Employer of the year’ and ‘Championing Female Equality’.

The awards celebrate individuals who show their support for minority groups as well as companies that enable diversity in the workplace. Financial Adviser’s jury will announce the winners on September 3, 2020.

As a global company, EXANTE runs operational units in 20+ countries, spanning 400+ employees across Europe and Asia. We have grown over 60% YoY in the last two years and opened new divisions in the Netherlands, Hong Kong, Central and Eastern Europe.

EXANTE is a melting pot of skills, languages and cultures. We’ve got a world of knowledge to share with each other, and it’s what we do. Our team values include drive for results, commitment to common goals, ongoing self-development, flat communication and open mind in any new endeavors.

EXANTE also ranks high in gender diversity. Female team members comprise 30% of the total EXANTE population and 28% of C-level positions. Female equality enriches EXANTE’s project landscape and encourages out-of-the-box thinking and new ideas for development on all corporate levels.
