Mini-charts: New way to monitor selected quotes on Android

We added mini-charts in the Quotes module in the 3.38.7 Android update.

Mini-charts are built on the close prices for the previous seven trading days. They are displayed right next to the corresponding Instruments in Quotes. They update daily for every Instrument.

Click the Editing button on the module heading and then click on the Chart to enable or disable the mini-charts.

For your convenience, historical data in Summary is highlighted with another type of fill.

In addition, we improved performance and interface of the platform.
