Hong Kong, 15 July 2024. XHK Ltd, trading under the brand name EXANTE, is pleased to announce that Oscar Tsui has been appointed as its new Regional Head responsible for business development in the region.
Tsui has over 20 years of experience within the financial services sector. Prior to his appointment to EXANTE, he was a Venture Partner for TDX Strategies and Aspen Digital. He also previously covered the markets of Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan while in the position of Managing Director at Osmium Consulting Group. Before that, Tsui held senior strategic positions at JAC Group in Japan, and Malaysia-headquartered RHB Banking Group, one of the largest banking groups in East Asia.
Tsui holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from SOAS University of London.
Tsui is based in Hong Kong and will report to Lajos Farkas, EXANTE’s Head of Global Sales.

Tsui and his team will work closely with Eric Leung, XHK Ltd’s Executive Director. Leung joined EXANTE 18 months ago after holding key operational roles at Tai Fung Securities Ltd, Zhongtai Financial International and Saxo Markets Asia Pacific, and is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operations in Hong Kong for EXANTE.
