FTAdviser shortlisted EXANTE for championing women's equality

Following last year’s Highly Commended prize from FTAdviser, the EXANTE team are proud to make the short list of the FTAdviser’s Diversity in Finance Awards 2021. This year we are competing in the “Championing Female Equality” category.

Since 2018 the Awards have celebrated individuals and enterprises who actively support diversity, equality and inclusion.

According to FTAdviser, “The quality of entries in 2021 has been exceptional, highlighting the breadth of creativity and determination in UK financial services to improve DE&I, despite the restrictions of the Covid-19 pandemic.” The jury will announce the winners in mid-September.

At EXANTE, we have always ensured equal opportunities are available to all team members regardless of gender, age, race, religion or disability.

EXANTE ranks high in gender diversity. Women account for over 30% of  EXANTE employees and hold 28% of all chief executive officer positions. EXANTE believes that by ensuring equality and diversity in our workforce and leadership, we will be able to embrace a wider vision, create a more effective strategic roadmap, and be better able to incorporate unconventional solutions and new ideas into our development.

In May 2021, we launched the “Empowering Excellence” website featuring our most notable female achievers. On the website, you’ll find in-depth interviews with nine female executives at EXANTE. This website, spearheaded by Global Head of PR Simona Stankovska, was a critical part of our application for the FT Diversity Awards 2021; it is a testament to our company values.

A global wealthtech company, EXANTE has representatives in 20+ countries, with 400+ employees across Europe and Asia. Our workforce grew over 60% year-on-year between 2018 and 2020. Since 2018 EXANTE has opened new representative divisions in the Netherlands, Hong Kong, and in Central and Eastern Europe.
