EXANTE Gets Highly Commended by Financial Adviser Within Diversity in Finance Awards

EXANTE received a ‘Highly Commended’ title from the Financial Times’ Financial Adviser in the ‘Employer of the year’ category. The Best Company Award celebrates firms that employ ‘a truly successful, diverse workforce, demonstrated through the development of inclusive policies, practices and initiatives.’
The jury of 2020 Diversity in Finance Awards shortlisted EXANTE in two categories, the second was ‘Championing Women's Equality’. Financial Adviser noticed that with ‘targeted mentoring to women staff, the EXANTE team are getting real results, demonstrated by the shrinking of their gender pay gap’.
A global company, EXANTE has always provided equal opportunities to its team members regardless of age, race, religion, disability or gender. The company co-finances professional development courses and helps employees expand their skills.
In 2020, EXANTE has launched its COVID-19 volunteer programme, allowing team members to volunteer 1-2 days a week for a COVID-19 relief charity. During the pandemic, EXANTE encourages employees to work from home, yet those who come to the office get free lunches and snacks.
As Financial Adviser’s Editor and presenter of the awards Simoney Kyriakou said: ‘They’ve introduced an effective global exchange and mobility programme. It’s a really good one to watch, well done EXANTE.’
Anatoliy Knyazev, the co-founder of EXANTE said: ‘This is a wonderful achievement for EXANTE, and a truly deserved one. Our C-level team is 50% female, which is rare and progressive in the financial world. We brought our HR Director, Daiga Trumpe, on board last year to grow our diversity initiatives and now we’re proud to be receiving this accolade.’
