We have launched a so-called First-aid portal with frequently asked questions. From now on, you do not have to wait for an answer from our support team each time you have a question: many of them have already been answered in the articles on the FAQ portal.

The Help Center is now available in English and Russian, and we are currently working on other languages. The language switcher is, by the way, on the top of the page.
The portal features a very convenient search. Just enter a keyword into the search string, and the search engine will suggest the articles you might be looking for:
If you cannot find the answer to your question in the Help Center, please feel free to ask our support team via email firstname.lastname@example.org or in the online chat on the exante.eu website. This way you will help us develop: we will then add the best questions to the portal :)
