Custom Reports were added to your client area

 

We have some great news to share with you - the release of Custom Reports is now live.

We do admit the importance of reports that outline account summary and highlight financialtransaction activity in your daily trading activity. In that event we always strive to do our best by adding new features to the reporting system.

Up until now, you were able to create periodic reports that display chosen report type (trades, account summary or financial transactions) daily or monthly. However, we decided to enrich your possibilities and added Custom Reports.

This upgraded report system from now on will allow you to:

  • receive reports for any period of time
  • combine data for trades and account status in the same report
  • make reports for several accounts at the same time

To go through the whole reporting process you need to follow only 3 steps. Create and request your report, print and send it out. We just could not make your experience with us more easy and flexible!

As always, all reports are available in PDF and CSV formats accompanied by EXANTE seal. To access your Custom Reports select the Account tab at the top of your client area. 

In addition to this update, you can now edit email number of your report recipient list. Just press on Add email button and save additional email address. There is no limit to the number of emails you add to the recipient list.

Moreover, when you add a new email address there is a possibility to assign a contact type: financial or technical. This might be useful if you wish to separate emails containing financial and technical information and receive them on different accounts.
